FATAMORGANA at KAOLIN

Solo show at Kaolin in Stockholm.

For this exhibition I used clay to give shape to things that otherwise exist only as a quivering or fleeting dream in my consciousness. Like a mirage, what was once hidden slowly becomes visible as trembling silhouettes, wavering castles and rising towers.

By letting go of old routines and solidified ideas, I allowed my hands to find their own way, guided by intuition. I chose to follow a feeling rather than a set plan of how something is expected to be. While working, I thought about the world we live in and how the line between reality and illusion is becoming increasingly blurred.

Designsalongen at Gunnebo House

Modern Swedish design and art within the historic Gunnebo House. The exhibition explored the intersection of design and art, highlighting craftsmanship in ceramics, glass, wood, and textiles.

Curated by design journalists Ellinor Thunberg and Helena Skoog in collaboration with Gunnebo's curator Johanna Lindén, the salon created an inspiring dialogue between historical interiors and modern innovation, celebrating the art of making. 

Gunnebo House, built in 1796, offers a historically rich backdrop for this contemporary exhibition.
