The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer via the website www.malwinakleparska.com
By placing orders on www.malwinakleparska.com you agree to the terms and conditions displayed below. Please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions before placing your order. Please note that you need to be 18 years or older to shop on www.malwinakleparksa.com using a credit or debit card.
When shopping on www.malwinakleparksa.com, you need to provide your email address, full name, postal address and your card details.
The prices displayed on www.malwinakleparska.com are in SEK (Swedish Krona) and are including taxes.
Stripe is used on this site for secure payments. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, such as VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. PayPal is an other option.
After an order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process your order. The shipping can take up to 14 business days. After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
A shipping fee is added to your order in the Check-Out. Orders within Europe are sent with Postnord. All other orders are sent with UPS. The buyer is responsible for any custom fees and charges that are applied by their country to imports.
COLOURS & MEASUREMENTS
All ceramic pieces are unique, meaning they are individually handmade, and might slightly differ from the presented photos. Please be aware that due to different monitors and screen resolutions, colours may seem different on the screen, then in reality. All pieces are presented with descriptions of materials and measurements.
Because of the fragile nature of the ceramic objects, all items are packed thoroughly. Recycled packing materials are used as much as it is possible. Unfortunately, the shipping companies do not always handle the parcels with care, even though they always have fragile-stickers on. Thus, I can not be held responsible if any damage or loss occurs after the parcel is handed in with the shipping agency. The same goes when a parcel is stolen or lost.
Always check the package before collecting it, do not accept a damaged package!

Please note that all sales are final. No refunds and exchanges are acceptable at this point.
